Representatives from six media associations met on Tuesday in Quanzhou City, southeast China's Fujian Province, to discuss media's role in cultural and people-to-people exchanges at the 12th Global Video Media Forum.
The Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union, the Arab States Broadcasting Union, the African Union of Broadcasting, the Latin American Union of News Agencies, the European News Exchange, and the Pacific Islands News Association exchanged opinions at the forum and reached several agreements.
